This company has a great web page, do not be fooled, they have a "F" rating with the BBB

On May 25 I purchased a motorcycle battery from Motorcycle Batteries USA on line (motorcyclebatteriesusa). After several attempts to contact them by email I received an email that stated I should receive my battery in 2 days, if not, email them and it would be re-shipped, that was the last I have heard from them.

They have a very nice looking web site, but does not have a phone # to contact them, so I went to the Better Business Bureau of Southern California and found their phone number. I called them and got their answering machine and left a message to call me back and they never returned my call.

But more disturbing was I found that they have a "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau and no one at the BBB seems to care enough to check the 75 complaints or the 31 unanswered complaints for this company in the past 36 months.

I contacted my Visa card company which is reimbursing my account and they are trying to get a refund from them.

I find it ironic that this company has been in business for 6-7 years.

If it is not fraud, it is about the poorest run business I have dealt with.

If Motorcycle Batteries USA delivers my battery before 6-26, I will post it here, but I'm not holding my breath.
