Batteries-man They sent me a faulty battery for my laptop, had me return it for a new one promisssing to reemburse all costs. No new battery, no reembursement and no replies to my mails

Batteries man sold me a new battery for my Laptop.
It was severely non original and a poor copy.
It stopped working after 2 weeks.
They asked me to return it for a new one.
They promised to pay for return freight.
Now they don't answer my mails.
No new battery nor reembursement of freight received.
I am very disappointed and surprised that paypal and creditcard companies allow these crooks to operate.
