I ordered two different laptop batteries from cheap-laptop-batteries.com. One of the batteries arrived in a physically unusable state. The case of the battery was bulging, and split apart. The other battery was marked with an "X" and does not work at all (will not accept a charge). The company will not return emails, and no return information is available.
