Electronics and household app.
Dan, the Seller, is a Store on PriceGrabber.com, a popular website that sells products from practically every consumer industry. I needed two batteries for my Sony Mavica CD300 camera which his website showed that my camera and his batteries were 100% compatible. I purchased them paid for through Paypal. When I received the batteries shortly after the sell, I immediately put the batteries into my camera to charge them and the charge light blinked (irregular). I pulled the charge cord and let the camera start the camera. The lcd screen said to use only Li-Ion batteries and the camera immediately shuts down indicating they are incompatible.
I emailed the same day of receipt of the batteries to four different email addresses I could find on the company to request a RMA number since they were defective. Four days later I have not received any acknowledgement whatsoever. There is no phone number available just email addresses. Nothing.
Since I paid via Paypal via credit card, they will have to deal with this now.
Now to move on!
