Has deceptive practices and rude employee's

I am in dispute with Directv, due to the reason of excessive fees, and unauthorized use of a credit card. I had them installed only for 8 days and now i am being charged $460.00. Give me a break. So when they recieve my receivers back, i will only owe $427.90. Kiss my behind. They have withdrew $44.44 from my account. For a months bill. People i have only had your service for 8 DAYS... Not a month so i shouldn't be charged for a month. And i was never told about any agreement nor have i signed anything. And you were only authorized to use my credit card for a $25.00 Hold for 3 days. Which you did put back in. Thank you. But you were not by any means of having authorization of using my credit card for any payments of any kind. You actually even told me on the phone there was no auto payment set up for my so called account. Isn't that illegal. Everytime i have called to sort out all this mess and try oh so nicely to remain calm when i speak with you, but their are some very rude and ignorant employee's that i have been speaking to. When all is said and done i will report you to the BBB. I will keep fighting your company as long as it takes for this matter to be resolved in a timely and very reasonable manner. As your so called company would expect when it comes to paying the bill. Right. So i expect the same treatment. Like i tell ya everytime i call. I even have to yell over your voice. I am not ignorant. Thank you and have a nice day. People now adays should be thankful for having a job. I I would never in my lifetime ever recommend your services. Oh yea, stupid me canceled the card yesterday. Looking forward to speaking to you again. Oh the saga will continue like a soap oprah. Oh well, i guess it gives me something to do. Welp i guess i am one in a swamp with many others. Oh lucky me! MERRY CHRISTMAS. Right now i just wanna be scrooge. Like you are trying to screw me and many others it appears. Oops there goes my commission. All i got was a lump of coal.
