Theives - Direct TV Satellite Service

Direct TV withdrew $439.14 from my business account using my debit card. Sad thing is I do not subscribe to direct tv. When I called to clear this up guess what I can only talk to a representative for new service. I am told the finance department will have to handle this but, guess what they do not have a number you cannot talk to them directly you have to fax your information to them and someone will contact you well I have been waiting now about 10 days and still haven't heard a word. What is so funny about it is if I used someones card without authorization I would go to jail for fraud. I think it should be law that if you bill credit cards then there should be someone that you could talk to in case there is a problem. These companies evidentally have a license to steal.
