Option got my cash and not settled my state. It cost me $3000 to discover from their store they find reasons to not spend.

I'd a 22-year old AC device to interrupt in 100-degree warmth in Tx / named them / technician arrived / state refused / Option stated my device was also outdated and rustic to correct, (but I'd the system maintained annually 5 ago)... And Option didn't pay. I'd to truly have a new device mounted at price in my experience / I terminated and certainly will never tell one to utilize them. Support set them out-of company by allowing others understand.
