Not worth the paper is written on!

I've covered an air conditioner with AHS for 15 years, simply to have my state for alternative refused. The AHS repetition stated that the system is "filthy, rustic, and contains form developing onto it." The system is definitely an outside device that's 25 yrs old. It's filthy which is rustic, however the form keeps growing round the mat the device is resting on, not on the system itself. The coil is dripping not since the device is filthy, but since the device is 25 yrs old and simply worn-out.

Please post this criticism so the community may realize that the AHS guarantee isn't worth the document is created on.
