I to am another client that Option Home Guarantee CHEATED. I kept an insurance policy with AHS for more than 6 years. Actually fairly pleased with them... But their price and support costs kept getting greater. And so I chose to search for another organization that "I believed" provided exactly the same guarantee as AMS. Well they do not. Our tale seems like many more... I've a house that's about ten years old... This is actually the reason I love having a House Guarantee. I contact Option to document a clim regarding my Heat-Pump. They deliver somebody out to check out it (this guy was atleast 70 yrs old... And required about 10 units to appear over my heat device). I had been informed from the Specialist the compressor within the device was poor and he'd obtain the device be changed. I get a phone from Option 24 hours later informing me this was a preexisting problem. I told them that I'd an insurance policy with AHS before I had been together of course if it were preexisting that I'd have experienced them repair the problem. After wasting hours about the telephone with a number of different people... They ultimately I would like to talk to among their administrators. Besides being really unprofessional and very RUDE... He provides me a lot of BS about that being pre-existing plus they wouldn't protect our device. Avoid the corporation... They're not the things they claim they're once they want to market you the plan. You shouldn't be CHEATED like me... Simply say NUMBER to Option Home Guarantee.
