Bad service

Like a simple lady with 2 young children in my own home, I bought the HMS guarantee when lately buying my first home. Their literature is extremely deceptive, I thought I had been purchasing reassurance, but rather have experienced only DIFFICULTY with this particular organization. Heat-pump went out, settled the $100.00 deductible and lastly somebody found consider the device and stated it must be changed. Obviously, the state was refused and after many telephone calls from myself and my agent, I had been informed I really could challenge their refusal written down and might ideally notice anything within 60 times. They GOT me - I can't proceed without warmth for that next 2 weeks within this 20-degree climate and so I may have no option but to correct this myself, out-of my wallet, after which if your wonder must occur plus they change their refusal, the system continues to be fixed plus they don't pay for repairs!!! Exactly what a FRAUD. Really unhappy and dissatisfied that the business is permitted to proceed to complete business-like this and consider such horrible benefit of people like me. I purchased this type of guarantee in case anything goes wrong, used to do not pick the when or why anything might go wrong. Today I'm out $100.00, am really furious, and understand I've been cheated... Like a large number of others. Want I'd read each one of these poor evaluations before buying...
