Paid for the inusrance only to get ripped off again consumer fraud ripoff

Ok i bought a JVC home cd player as an open box item at best buy cost $145 orginally $199. Store employee pressured me to buy warranty that will cover repair and, and the whole 9 yards.

Well 2 years later the cd player does not work right. Take it back they say i can pick it up in 3 weeks. OK, i return 4 weeks later. They say it is not ready. So i come back 2 weeks later. Still no radio, they say its missing. So i demand a manger. I asked for a manager waited in the store for 3 hours still no manager. I had to walk behiond the desk and enter his office to speak to him.

Well he was unkind at the least. HE said he will give me a store credit of $ 149. I said ok what about the cost of warranty. No dice seems like the warranty is a fraud. Stay away and be a smart consumer stay away from best buy and all x-tended warranties.
