I purchased a digital camera from this company which they claimed was brand new. When it arrived, anyone could see it was anything but new!
The package had clearly been opened before and it was clumsily taped. There were scratch marks on the camera and dirt on the lens.
When I called the company to complain, they put me on hold for about 10 minutes then rudely hung up on me. The person on the other line had no clue what the purpose of customer service is!
This company is a complete fraud! If they say a product is new, don't believe it for a second - it was probably used by every employee and their fathers.
