We got talked into buying a Samsung LN-T4061F 46" TV in January. We were also roped into the $500 warranty plan.

We never received any information about the warranty. We inquired about several times. The store always said We don't have that information.

For 2 years now, we have had problems with white dots on our TV especially after watching something recorded. There are tons of complaints about this issue on the internet. We tried troubleshooting, by upgrading the HD cables, switching the DVR, and sending the blue ray player back for service. The problem got worse over time.

I called the store, they referred to the warranty co, which is now out of date. It took me 3 years to get the phone number for the warranty co. Neither, the warranty co, or the store are willing to fix my problem. They only want to sell me another TV. NOT HAPPENING! I would like me TV repaired at their cost due to negligence! I have filed a complaint with BBB, but HH Greg did not respond. Big surprise! I will never buy anything from them again! They have a major lack of communication. Needless to say the sales person, and the manager have both changed jobs. The warranty co, says they need the phone store records, the store says they don't keep phone logs. So we are still stuck with the white dots and having the reboot the TV every time we watch something recorded. VERY FRUSTRATED!!! Anybody have a solution???
