I went to the BestBuy in Sterling, Va all ready to buy a TV. They gave me a run down on what it wld come to:
a. TV
b. Surround Sound Speakers
c. Wall Mount
d. 4 yr Warranty (while $700 cld be $300 w/o calibration)
e. $100 Delivery... While online says, "Free Installation, Delivery and Installation" (He said, "Ok taking that out"
Now it came to an astronomical price and I asked if he cld do better? And I gestured look around you, do you see anyone in your TV Department? They didn't care... Going so far as to put in the price estimate instead of LED, LCD to pull a fast one. Everything stunk! So guess what? A customer willing to s $3,300 walked out the door! You know where he went? Went to Sam's Club and paid exactly $2,500. What a deal! I'll say one thing you will for lack of salesmanship, courtesy, and going halfway to the customer go the way of Circuit City and CompUSA.
