I would not buy from Home Depot again if installation is required. - Washer/Dryer purchase, delivery and installation

Ordered washing machine online. Delivery scheduled for 3 days later. First problem was on line selected a delivery time. Delivery time, I find out later, cannot be selected but will be scheduled by the delivery company with a 4 hour window. This after, they asked and I selected time on line. Ok can live with that. Next when the unit is delivered to the house the delivery guy says can't install because I have a "custom" installation. Hold on, "all you have to do is unscrew the current hoses and install new ones, I ask, right"?"Can't see what is in the wall says the delivery guy". Whoa, I have water turned off by handles right there and request he simply remove current hoses and screw in new ones. Nope can't do it. So I call the delivery service number. They tell me the work is subbed out (so home depot subs to a sub who subs again, hummm) The delivery company tells me they have a lot of trouble with this sub and will lodge another complaint. I say thanks hang up and contact Home Depot. I reach them in the on line chat and this is where they lose my future business forever. Canceling account and credit lines with them. I could not believe this young lady's chat response. Terrible customer service. She tells me I'm not paying for installation (I counter with argument unit price includes installation) On my way to Sears to re select another unit. Done with Home Depot — had them install roof and return at least 6 times with problems with the installation during installation, and many times for leaks after..
