Lost 300 airtime units

I purchased 2 $20 device cards formy tracfone on June 23 from Store Ko from Helena, MT 59602 and 3 nights later I acquired a phone call at 8PM. As i visited reply the incoming call, all of the capabilities about the phone where unresponsive. The option I'd was to get rid of the battery, then place it in the phone and running it back up. As of before this event I'd 300 models quit about the telephone. Today when it operated back on, it kicked up all of the display configurations were back again to standard and that I had no models left. This is upsetting. I have to know what my choices are of course if you are able to support!
