Bad Business - garage services

I should have knew something wasn't right when I gotten to Sears store in Byram, MS. They wouldn't take my coupon for money off on my garage door, then after continues selling about installation of the garage door, they convince me to let them install it. The earliest date they had was Thur. Which I wasn't happy, because it was Monday. This is Sears, not a mom and pop store. I told that it was guarantee that it would be done on Thursday. I also ask about the special for installation, of course the person on the phone didn't know anything. So the next day after several calls to home services, they gave me a discount. So, I called today which is Wednesday, spoke to several people in installation department. To make sure my door would be install on Thurs. The last person, I spoke with said a that someone will call me between 6-9 P.M. So around 8, I haven't heard from anyone. So, I called them, then I hear that I want get it done on Thurs. Said the nearest contractor is 80 miles away. That is BS, I live in the capital city, there is 7 garage door companies in a 10 mile radius. They wasn't even going to call me, I had to call them, WOW, what great customer service. Then I ask for a refund, which I will take back the garage door and installation. It will take 7-10 for my refund. If not they have someone come out around Saturday. I needed this door done yesterday, for safety issues. I can't believe the bad customer service, at this company. I don't have the money to pay for two garage door installations. I want it done. I should have read the review with Sears home improvement, before I decide to go with this company.
