I have spent every night for 8 days on the phone with tech support. The first issue was error messages about files not opening and an issue with my anti virus. Then it went to blue screens, all different windows files not opening with start up etc. Ran a diagnostic tool telling me a hard drive problem was detected and the tech sends me a motherboard, not a hard drive. Now 8 days later I get a hard drive sent to me, to the wrong address no less. I asked it to be shipped to my office, and it was shipped to my home. Now I install the hard drive with the help of a tech, start it up and it starts installing the programs that come with the system. But I get an error message, C: DELLFIST is corrupt. After installing the the programs, another windows box opens up saying " Now Installing These Items". First item on the list was "WinRe Auto Fail Over", and there it sat for 8 hours, and a black command prompt screen appeared. Next error message was that this item could not be installed, and do I want to check on line for solutions??? And there it stayed. How do I get a replacement computer? This computer is under warranty. It is the Inspiron 530S. I don't want another night on the phone with a tech for 2 hours and stay in DELL *! And I paid extra to have a tech team in the U.S.
