On Nov 19 Dell shipped my new computer, It arrived Nov 21. Hard Drive failed Jan 31. New Hard Drive installed Jan 4. Now, windows is not activated and can't be. They will not send me Windows 8 disc w / product key. Now a new error message. Can't get authorization for a replacement computer... COUNTLESS hours on the phone with tech support. Nothing!!!
