Dis not show up for 2 appts. For Maytag recall

I've a Maytag fridge which is really a topic to get a recall due to a defective component which could result in a fireplace. I created two visits earlier this week for some time body of just one: 00 to 5:00. They didn't appear for each one despite calls from me. Nowadays, Friday, April 10, they offered the visit to some serviceperson who didn't do appliances. He didn't come here-but named to express he wasn't certified to complete the fix. Sears named me and stated these were not arriving and stated these were associated with A & E. I called again To Some & E, plus they stated these were not arriving today 4/10. And so I created another visit for in a few days, and wish they'll come. I'm not optimistic that they can maintain this visit both.
