Stealing minute from prepaid customer wild on free air time / No bill and No Statement

I need your help in this matters T-Mobile cell phone company is stealing money from the prepaid customer. The prepaid plan work like this One dollar use fee for the day and 10cents a minute from 7:00A.M. To7:00P.M. And also from 7:00P.M. To 6:59A.M. Is free air time.

But T-Mobile in charging me 10cents a minute on my free air time and the way I find out is check my balance before making a call and also checking it after my phone call on my free air time. I have call customer service on March4,6, and 10 about the problem and the only thing that T-Mobile said to me these are SORRY and only add back the minute. I call them onit is a problem for the perpaid customer.

Because if T-Mobile stealing one dollars a day from perpaid customer and a total of one million prepaid customer it will add up to one million dollars a day in T-Mobile hand free. Please help the perpaid customer NO BILL/NO STATEMENT
