T-Mobile
Forced picture and text messaging

I recently purchased a T-Mobile prepaid phone. Much to my dismay, picture and text messages come to the phone from anonymous sources (perhaps T-Mobile puts these sources up to sending them?). I have no interest in the pictures or messages, and delete them without reading or downloading them. Yet, T-Mobile charges me each time this happens ($. 30 each).
T-Mobile customer and technical service stated quite rudely that they will not block these messages. I have no control over someone sending these. I can reject a phone call, but I cannot reject the pictures and texts.
Nobody informed of this when I bought the phone, and the booklets and literature that came with the phone do not explain it. I never agreed to such charges.
I want this disservice removed. It amounts to stealing 3 minutes or more from my prepaid balance every time an unwanted text or picture arrives. T-Mobile refuses to help.
