I went to T-mobile to transfered from the simple mobile co to t-mobile (just a prepaid service). On Dec. 31, My phone was defective. So I went back to t-mobile for a phone, on my way to work New Years Eve. I was sold a phone that I thought I would Like, not realizing that it was a contractual agreement. I tried calling customer care to explain the problem. I must add that t-mobile is famous for hoodwinking customers into a contract. I do not want this contract. Within 3days I called to cancel. I offered to pay cash for the phone, and have prepaid services. I was told"NO" that I could not. I had to pay 200.00. I don't think so. I am a senior & I do Know that I have the right to handle my business. But to injest that I wanted that servis is fraudulent. I need something done about it immediately... Please
