Manager refuses repair of 52-inch TV with dark spots

I started seeing dark round spots in my TV screen, about the size of a tennis ball. In September I had my 52" TV picked up from my apartment for repair, and I have not seen it since. When I go to the local office to talk to the manager, Danny, all he does is insult me and harass me. He said my TV is located in the store and does not need repair. He said the dark spots are in my imagination and that they are not going to send it out for repair. I only have 2 more payments but refuse to make them until my TV is repaired. Danny said I need to get my eyes repaired and that they are not fixing anything. I refuse to deal with this abuse. How can I resolve this?
