At&t cancellation plan, att cancelation policy, buyers remorse Washington Baltimore Area

Electronics and household app.

I have had at&t service and i am really disappointed with their service. First of all i start with this i purchased iphone in summer when it came out and i started using the phone. After a time being i i was not using the phone so i thought just to get it disconnected would be a better idea. So i ported the number out to save the number and paid the 2 year fees to at&t.

So after few days i felt i need to reinstate the line back to at&t and i called them and explained that i cant get that number back but they can give me a new number and reinstate the same contract. I am in the period of reinstating where they can refund the $175 and not charge the reactivation fees. So guess what happened Ive lost money and the account now i have to pay all again because they cannot reinstate the account with the different number. Doesn't this sound stupid?

Neways if anyone has a way out to this please let me know.

Thanks
