Lost phone had insurance on it and got a replacement great! But someone activated the lost phone turning off my replacement very angry! Durham

I lost my cricket phone and of course i had insurace on it i paid $80 sum dollars for the replacement. (Replacement worked great) The next day the replacement phone that i got worked fine until in the afternoon i tried to make a call and the phone just went beep beep beep beep on and on i kept trying same beep beep noise. So i called my number from another phone. This person answerd and i was like what the f*? Anyway i called customer service number and tried and tried to get someone i tried for 2 days streight i mean furious that my phone don't work. I finally went to a full service cricket store and they switched the phone back over.

Great i said phone works. Next day same prob. Now i got a chance to talk to someone in customer service. The woman told me that this woman said that she was my girlfriend and that her name is — anyway i told the woman that i am the account holder and i want the service disconnected. She told me that i can put another lock code on my account i said fine. Anyway now when i call the phone number that i had all it says is this number has been temporarilly disconnected.

Anyway i am saying that i won't ever go back to cricket wireless again i mean look at all the money i had to spend to just try to find out what was wrong with my phone! And the customer service sucks! I mean really! How the f* did someone get a hold of my account information anyway? They have no answer to that.

Anyway i don't worry about this no more now that i have sprint and won't have this problem with them again they are not getting any more of my money i am tired of making Cricket wireless rich!
