Ripoff AT&T Wireless Constant Billing Errors and Accounts Recievables Errors

I have been with AT&T wireless for years now. The past year things with AT&T have gotten ridiculous. Every time I get a bill or make a payment there are errors. I am tired of having to call customer service to get these errors corrected and end up arguing with their reps because they are rude!

In 2 months time two of my phones have been shut off several times erronously because A/R can't do and electronic funds transfer correctly.in each case it was a matter of they were one digit short on my routing and account number. Now, mind you, each time I called to make an EFT payment, I repeated these numbers to them 3 times and 3 times they repeated the numbers back, correctly.

So, each time my phones were shut off due to this it was a hassle to get AT&T to turn them back on even though this was all due to their error! Each time I was told that they would not charge me a fee to reinstate each phone or charge me NSF for my EFT transaction that they screwed up. When I got my bills, low and behold, they charged me each time to turn my phones back on. Yet, another phone call to be made to AT&T.

I finally got fed up after the umpteenth time of this happening and on the final time I told a supervisor that I wanted some sort of incentive to keep all of my lines with them because I was sick of my phones being shut off and the hassle of dealing with them all the time becuase of their numerous errors. I was told that they could not extend me any discounts or anything, that the fact they had finally taken off the reinstate fees and NSF fees was my incentive. How generous of them to do something they absolutely had to do anyway and call it an incentive after my having to deal with hour long phone calls to them and listen to their sh*t!

I am now going to corporate with a nasty complaint that includes names in hopes to get something out of it for my wasted time, hopefully out of my contract for free! AT&T will no longer have the business of my many lines with them, I will take my business elsewhere!
