Our experience has been terrible. I'm to the stage of eliminating anything. I simply received my new telephone pantec matrix recently. Nowadays i used two and half-hours about the telephone looking to get helpl. Nothing has been resolved. First I attempted in the future on att.com and e-mail but apparantley the contact us e-mail or talk doesnt work. I listed with advertising internet after which put up my other place mail accts. I then visit my telephone and get access to it thru advertising internet and obtain in to the mail. You will find no emails being fwd. I then appear online, no emails. I deliver a contact from my telephone and recognize it applied my advertising internet user identification as my current email address. Gapeach1979@medianet. Att.net that we DON'T need being an email address for my telephones outgoing mail. And so I contact customer support bc that's what aid on the web lets you know do. Somebody removes my acct. I reregister. And today today login is rachelcrane but my mail is gapeach1979@medianet. Att.net and so I get handed around several times between information, tech-support, along with a press internet individual. They do not understand why that is occurred. I suggested perhaps it requires occasion for anything to reset. Therefore she removes my acct again. And so I waited nearly 10 hours. Appeared on my telephone under press internet and there is no PLACE emails put up. I return to press internet that will be ask me to reregister. Used to do so. And anything i joined earlier remains and contains my mail as gapeach1979@medianet. Att.net. Therefore mail continues to be incorrect, I'm still not obtaining any PLACE fwd and that I imagine I'll need to invest another two hours tomorrow about the telephone that will be exceptionally challenging during work.
