Purchase create on 07/25/09, charge card cost on 07/27/09, since that time subsequently i contact them in the telephone four-times!!! And send them six emails! First they claimed the package was harm and that I need to contact them to resend the bundle! Why they did not reship the bundle???

I contact them by mail and that I talck for them in the telephone on 08/07/09 plus they stated they eliminated a resend the bundle! They did not! No cargo trucking #, no emails nothing...

I contact them by mail and contact them again on 08/14? 09, and that I talk in the telephone with Tonny (this is the way she expose himself), and he or she stated for shoreline I'm removed get a cargo conf quantity in 24-48 hours... However Nothing until today 08/17/09.
