I've had my online five telephone since Sept.'07. I've been happy with my telephone. Our child and that I have same design telephone and live alongside one another. We both were having same issue with telephone. After investing whole of five hours USING THEIR customer support, being moved 3 times and needing to provide same data every time. We were no nearer to having difficulty resolved. The repetitionis british was challenging to comprehend, after I questioned where these were located=he responded "Southafrica". Their answer was to alter my telephone number. Our telephone wasn't the issue-it was with support on the finish but wouldn't acknowledge it. I'll utilize leftover time-on telephone and CHANGE TO NEW PHONE SUPPORT.inADEQUATE CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERNET FIVE. May allow folks understand of our issue and wish they'll NOT PURCHASE INTERNET FIVE
