1st rec'd 2 telephone orders. Used 1 1/2 in verizion shop to obtain telephone linked, etc. Triggered additional athome on sitting. Friday -telephones lifeless. Noon -one phone-in support. 2 calls cust svc=could not trigger telephone. Used more than 1 time next lay =given new telephone showing additional telephone not getting. Today with decreased calls and discussion splitting up explained this really is difficulty region and that I must contact technology department to set up a solution. I request verizion repetition to deal with it he explained no. Continuous excuses designed for ongoing issues however unsloved. Request credit for period without any telephone support -couldn't get solution. Telephone and shop customer support may be the worst I've experienced
