Failed to provide services sold

I bought solutions which were in the future having a Droid telephone within the telephone revenue. They explained that I'd obtain unlimited web to get a cost and unlimited use of web spot to perform my desktop computer endless for that existence of the telephone similar to the Hand telephone I had been returning. They explained to visit the neighborhood shop to help make the trade.in the shop, the salesperson named to verify and was also informed the providers defined were appropriate. Following the salesperson transferred my support towards the new telephone, she couldn't obtain the endless web spot to function. She named tech support team plus they stated it had been an error and that I might have 2 weeks of web like a concession. Because of the bad support I lost 2 times looking to get telephones that will work with my requirements, purchased support and was later informed I really could not need what I bought. I'd actually terminated my house telephone and needed to change the procedure.
