Loyal Customer lack of service

Electronics and household app.

My loved ones have now been with Verizon for ten years, had additional companies with horrible support, as much as this time we'd no issues.

I've multiple traces with updates due quickly, we've required available progress on updates which had never been an issue previously. Verizon will not improve our day until we buy via phone which for all of US isn't the very best offer for we're seniors, nor buy online or by telephone. We've one telephone no further operating and also the additional battery must be changed. It's not worth purchasing a battery since is likely to be changing telephones. One telephone is for company that we am losing since my cellphone is shattered. We've chose to find another supplier and fall Verizon. If we buy fresh telephones the price significantly exceeds the program, particularly because we've less then 14 days for that standard update day. The largest problems is each time I talk to a Repetition available or by telephone I obtain a unique account. An excellent Repetition in one single shop lay about the telephone for half an hour looking to get Verizon customer service to improve our day. Therefore much for devotion towards extended paying clients.
