We can't even forward our phones without calling and waisting 20 min or more on the phone with them

They'renot really sincere, I've had there support nearly six months. (the toughest six months of telephone support within the 30 years I've experienced company. I began recording telephone problems in August, we've had telephone issues 17 times. We can not actually forward our telephones without contacting and waisting 20 minute or even more about the telephone together. Whenever we request to unfoward they usually mess anything up, then your telephone do not function, back again to techsupport. 12/05/12
