I recently purchased 2 smartphones (optimus and ascend). Following a couple of days people beginning informing me that each time they attempted to contact either telephone... It'd redirect them right to voice-mail. After screening the problem myself, it would appear that when the telephones and/or programs are choosing any information, calls get immediately redirected to voice-mail. After I got it to some specialist in the corporate shop, he examined the telephones and got exactly the same outcomes. He explained he thinks it's since metropcs employs exactly the same influx for information and telephone calls unlike various other companies then when I am searching the net... I'll not get telephone calls or any notices of missed calls. Again... This really is on both completely new telephones so its not really a telephone concern and also the shop technology confirmed the issue. I'd a solution with tech support team plus they were not able to obtain the problem. I actually donot believe a business must market smartphones in case your not really capable to supply the support for them. The client support/specialized team was pleasant but evidently cannot assist. Its useless to truly have a smartphone easily cant use information without stressing that my calls wont are available in.
