Computer Formatted During Video Card Install, All Data Lost

They took my computer and made it worse and then told me hey it's not our problem you didn't back up your data. WTF, there was no reason for them to format my computer. All I asked them to do was install a new video card for me and now I lost all my music and pictures and all my programs. They ruined my friends computer too he brought it to them and they didn't even fix it after 6 weeks and they wouldn't give it back to him either! They still have it and it's been 2 months now. They Suck.
