Best Buy Geek Squad Tulsa
Paid $199 Upfront, Told Major Problems, $40 Video Card Fixed PC

I brought a computer with a defective video card to the local Best Buy Geek Squad. I have to pay up front $199.00 even if they were totally unable to know what was wrong with the computer. After a full week I got a phone call letting me know that my computer had a major mother board and processor related problems, and also need a new video card. I was invited to buy a brand new computer at the store, and can as a favor, use the $199.00 for a down payment on it. Since I have no intention to change computer, the other one was only 13 months old and I do also want to get my files back, I drove by to the store and ask for my computer back and a refund.

After being told to leave, I finally get a partial refund of $140.00 and get my computer back. I order online a new video card for $40.00, installed it and my computer works just perfect. No mother board or any processor related problems. I will not recommend Geek Squad to anyone in need of a serious computer problem and will never ever shop at any Best Buy location.
