To whom it may concern July 13
I bought NEW SAMSUNG P520 ARMANI TRI BAND PDA PHONE TOUCHSCREEN of Ebay through a seller called cellz4less@sbcglobal.net. On June 30 I paid $499.95 through paypal. One week later i was emailed that they couldn't ship item due to phone was locked. So I called their customer service and spoken with one guy and he confirmed to me will ship phone on Wednesday July 9th, 08. So i waited until that date. Since after July 9th, cellz4less stopped responding to my emails and wont answer any phone calls!
Right away i felt was ripped off! And they are a fraud and scam company took my $500.00. I filed a fraud complain through paypal but they still need to investigate! Please all be aware of Cellz4less biggest scam company ever dealt with! I was advised by paypal to call police and file report which i am planning to do so. Thank you
