Ebay buyer, bought from us and sent her refund thru paypal WI

She is an ebay buyer, her name is Karen Schmidt, she bought an item from us (Motorola E680i Pda) she paid 235.90 on 7/12 by paypal, and sent her item (tracking# ea929173585cn) by FEDEX. We sent her refund accidentally thru paypal and contacted her about it to send us the money back, paypal is been contacting her but no reply, she wrote us a negative feedback on ebay that she doesnt want the phone, so We replied that we gave her refund already so all she need is to ship us back the item. We called her on her cellphone and gave her address where to ship back the item and she said she is gonna send it back to us, but she has'nt and now she is not even answering her cellphone. We emailed her many times but no reply. Her user name on ebay is merissa98, she has a good amount of feedback showing that she is a good ebay buyer, but why cannot send us our cellphone back.
