Ripoff Ebay User ID: Harvickfan4ever THIS GUY IS SLICK, GOT MY GUITAR ON EBAY & GOT HIS $ BACK

Ebay buyers and Seller's Beware of this ebay user id: harvickfan4ever, aka cousliz20, aka 17911. Did not have a confirmed mailing address thru Paypal. I brought this to his attention and asked him to update a confirmed address with Paypal, so that I could be covered under the Seller Protection Program. He assured me that all was updated with Paypal and the address was in fact the correct one to ship the item to.

The item I was selling and which he was the winning bidder on was my 1987 HM Fender Strat, Fuschia and made in America. Beautiful Guitar. I received payment from him thru paypal account in the amount of $318.30 for the auction won. The same day I emailed him that the shipment went out via UPS with the tracking #, he turned around and posted a negative feedback on my ebay id, stating that I ripped him off for $300 and I had never sent the guitar. He filed a complaint with Paypal stating he had been ripped-off and never received the guitar as well. Paypal refunded his money to him, in full and back-charged my Paypal account for the $300.00, which was refunded to buyer.

Meanwhile, I can't get my guitar back now, because it's in transit with UPS and is being delivered to a non-confirmed address listed thru his Paypal account on ebay. I got delivery confirmation today from UPS that the guitar was delivered. Mr. Putz has not emailed me back confirming delivery, nor has he withdrawn his negative feedback on my ebay seller account. So, he now has possession of my guitar, got a full refund for this purchase and now I have to pay $300 to Paypal for this crook! Lesson: do not ship to an un-confirmed address listed on paypal accounts for winning bidders!!!
