Do Not Attach your paypal account to Ebay!

Ebay is such a rip off!!! I have been doing business with them for many years and the following has occurred twice this year. I posted an item for sale for $1600 and it was bid on and supposedly paid by through paypal. Within 20 minutes of the "buy it now" being closed, ebay and paypal emailed me that it was a fraudulent person that bid on the account. They advised me not to ship the item, which I didn't. I was extremely happy that they notified me of this. However, 3 weeks later they debited my paypal account/checking account for $116.00 for seller's fees!!! I can reach no one either by phone or internet that can or will help me. So, I am out $116.00!!! Never will I post another item for sale on ebay!!!
