False or no info on cell phone use and plans

It is with great difficulty that you can get any help setting up calling plans and Verizon always manages to leave out info concerning cell phone usage. 1) The phone is listed as having "Bluetooth" which is true what they leave out is that Verizon has disallowed many of the features that are available to Blue tooth such as date transfer etc. 2) they advertise a phone and whey you sign up you find out that there are mandatory charges above and beyond the calling plan charges. 3) when you talk to a Verizon rep and inquire about certain phones (Smart phones for example) you get info but when you go on line you find that Verizon did not tell you the whole picture and there are extras charges found on you bill after the fact. There should be some control or oversight on the cell phone industry
