Be careful what you sign

I moved to the state of Washington after my husband died in the midwest. I found a nice small place in the country and hooked up with Direct TV. I started out with their basic service and continued to increase their services finally ordering the highest package with a new HD receiver. I have now been transferred and am moving into an apt that does not allow their services. I will be paying $388 for a disconnect service to them. The last time i felt this ripped off was with an american family life insurance policy that was purchased in the 70's. Yes, in fact 25 years later there was a class action lawsuit against them for their misleading actions. I hope someone jumps in here quick and helps us out. I will never ever hook up with them again
