Use of Credit Card Information

Moved to a new state in where Direct TV could not serviced. A Direct TV supervisor cancelled service after confirming service was not possible. Direct TV used a credit card used to purchase a DVD HD receiver to charge me for future services. The credit card was not given to guarantee the account. They state since I gave it in the past they were authorized to use it any way the deam necessary on the account.
