Damaged $199 Computer, Refund Denied After Two-Day Window

I bought a computer from them. The seller just threw it in the box and taped it up. It was, of course, damaged. She did not even dust it off. Just because she offered to pay for the repairs, they will not return my money. So I paid $199 for this computer, the person I purchased it from is completely irresponsible, and I have to pay for it anyway, plus get it repaired.

Oh, and by the time I received the computer, I only had two days left to get it to a repair shop and get an estimate for the damages before my chance for a refund was denied. I do not know where they are from, but it certainly takes longer than that just for an estimate here. I work for a living. Who has time for this?
