Ripoff Charging for minutes I haven't used

Me and my wife have had the unfortune of being Verizon customers for a little over a year now. From sign-up until now we have had many bills that had a $15.00 extra charge above the monthly fee for our plan stating we used more minutes than allowed for our plan. Each time we had to go into the local store and question the matter since we didnt go over, and only then would we get the charge removed. Removed as in getting a $15.00 credit on our next bill. How insulting! On top of that, if we pay our bill in cash at our local store they charge an extra $3.00.

Now the last straw has been pulled. On this months bill we were hit for almost $100.00. Thats almost $40.00 above what our plan should be. Again they claim we used minutes that went above our limit. They even had 4 pages of all the calls the say we made. Keep that last sentence in mind.

Now our plan allows me and my wife to call our phones as much as we like free of charge. Calls to other people is when our minutes start being used up. They claim I used 396 minutes on my phone. They claim my wife used over 800 minutes on her phone, for a total of 1196 minutes total. I knew right away my phone minutes were wrong as I rarely use the phone. So we sat down with Verizons print out of our calls and added them up. Of the calls they did charge us for on their print out, we used only 119 minutes. Our plan allows for 400 minutes before they can charge us anything extra, and again thats only if we talk to anyone other that our own phones. So we still had 281 minutes left before being billed extra. But NO, Verizon adds on almost $40.00 for no reason. We are going to the their office tomorrow to get this straight. I cant wait untill our contact is up so I can dump this crooked company. They are the biggest ripoffs Ive ever dealt with.
