Bid Frozen in Final Minutes as Sports Car Auction Ended

Ebay ripped me off with their lousy computer bidding system.
Just a few minutes ago I lost the bid on a beautiful Mazda Miata sports car that I had been bidding on for several days. In the last few minutes I came in to check on the bid to find I was no longer high bidder.

I thought no problem, I've got 8 minutes to put in a bid which I prepared (only takes 30 seconds) and submitted my bid. The eBay computer froze up and would not accept my bid for over 5 minutes.

By the time I got out of that situation (I had to shut-down and restart my browser) The auction was over. And the person who got the bid was $200 under mine.

eBay's computer systems really are terrible.
All I can say is: If you are a seller and want to get the best price for your merchandise, don't use eBay!

If you are a buyer and you want to be fairly treated, don't use eBay!
