My girlfriend bought me a PSP for XMas, once I opened it - voila - broken screen. She gave me a warranty however.
When I went to Best Buy to exchange, voila! NO EXCHANGE. So they sold me a defective unit and I bought the warranty (50 bucks), and I still cant return.
Poor service and poor workers.
