Warranty Refused After Phone Model Was Discontinued

Electronics and household app.

I was a victim of T-Mobile they refuse to honor my warranty on my phone which I purchased from them in march. I bought the phone directly from them because they told that they warranty the phone for 12 months not the manufacturer. They only carry sell and warranty specific models that can be purchased directly from them and that's why I purchased this phone.

There reasoning they no longer carry that model but the warranty was supposed to allow you to get a phone of equal or lesser value in this case and pay the difference for an upgrade. They will do non of they above I offered to take a phone that sells for $169.00 in place of it and they told me the only thing they could do for me was give me that phone for $114.00 with me adding 2yrs on to my contract obviously I did not.

What I am doing is organizing a class action law suit against them I figure that they must be doing this to many other people also so if you have had this problem or any other problems with them please e mail me. I have an attorney and we are in the beginning of this prosess.
