Would not pay for work to be done on my car

Bought a contract for a Warrenty on my 2000 Mercury SUV, just started haveing problems with it and wanted to get it repaired. Took it to the repair shop like they ask and then was told by a guy named Ron at WAC that had to send them all repair bill from last year to now. So went to my mechanic had him fax all reports to him. Then got a call from Ron from WAC saying that I did not take good care of my car so it wan not covered.
